Paid moving help to lift eligible items from your property and deliver them to the donation destination you select.

01 / The Service

A Practical Way to Move Donations

Donation organizations do not always provide in-home pickup, and acceptance rules can change. This service bridges the physical gap: The Moving Pros can pick up approved items and deliver them to the destination selected by the customer.

Ask your chosen organization whether it can accept the items and when to bring them. We can then review the pickup and delivery with you. The organization makes the final acceptance decision.

Transport items to a confirmed nonprofit, reuse organization, or other approved destination.

04

03 / What You Can Expect

Acceptance Comes First

01

Choose the Destination

Contact the organization and confirm current acceptance rules, hours, and drop-off procedure.

02

Document the Inventory

Tell us which items the organization has agreed to receive. Photos and any dimensions you already have can help us review the pickup with you.

03

Confirm the Plan

Agree on pickup timing, destination, labor, vehicle, and what happens if an item is refused.

04

Load and Deliver

The crew lifts and transports approved items to the confirmed receiving location.

05

Complete the Handoff

The customer remains responsible for receipts, tax questions, and third-party acceptance decisions.

Questions

Before You Book

Do you decide where my items should be donated?

No. The customer chooses the destination and confirms that it accepts the items.

Can you guarantee the organization will take everything?

No. Acceptance is controlled by the receiving organization. Confirm current rules before scheduling.

Do you provide a tax receipt?

Any receipt comes from the receiving organization. Ask that organization about its documentation and tax policies.

What happens if an item is refused?

Contact us before pickup if an item is declined or the destination changes. We will review the next step with you; another trip or disposal needs to be agreed separately.
